"This wine represents the best realization to date of my vision for great blended red wine in Paso Robles, and of our L'Aventure 'West Side' terrior!!" -Stephan Asseo

    Tasting Notes:

Stephan's archetypal "Paso blend" is deep, almost black at its center, with a rich purple cast. Elegant aromas of cassis and pain grille are only a prelude to a complex crescendo of tobacco, dark fruit, and spice flavors that linger long on the classic, tight palate. Enormous tannins integrate perfectly into the flesh of the wine. This wine is the future of L'Aventure.
