Tasting Room Associate
Erik started working at L'Aventure in 2004 and has been our longest part-time Tasting Room Associate. You will see Erik in the tasting room only on weekends as he also works full time at Les Petites Canailles Restaurant in Paso Robles. He has his CSW- Certified Specialist in Wine and level 2 Sommelier certification. Erik is trully passionate for wine which makes this industry a perfect fit for him. Very knowledgeable about the winemaking and the vineyard of L'Aventure, tasters enjoy the technical aspects he shares during their visit. More importantly, since he is our longest Tasting Room Associate, he has an imense knowledge of every vintage that L'Aventure has produced.
