Nichole Hegge

Hospitality Manager

Nichole is originally from the Central Coast, growing up in San Luis Obispo and Solvang. She studied Early Childhood Development and then decided to get her MBA in Business Management. She moved several times in the last 15 years, spending the last 5 years in Las Vegas working in the hospitality industry and restaurant management. Nichole always loved wine and last year decided it was time to focus on developing and growing her passion. She moved back to the central coast at the end of 2019 and knew she wanted to get more experience in the wine industry by working in a tasting room. Her favorite part about working in the tasting room is getting to introduce people to our wines, and how winemakers like Stephan have helped turn her hometown into a world class wine region. She is currently studying for the Level 3 Advanced Certification with WSET. After passing the Level 3, she will begin the French Wine Scholars Program. Lastly, since joining the L'Aventure team she has begun French lessons.
