Raymond Stone

Originally from the Connecticut countryside, Raymond’s background is in network security & technology, specifically for the U.S. Military. He then moved to Los Angeles and after living there for 10 years, he felt the need to move somewhere a bit more rural and blindly picked Paso Robles. He wasn’t originally interested in wine, but after meeting local winemakers their passion was contagious and immediately he wanted to know more. On his search for an internship, Raymond was referred to L’Aventure. When he met Stephan and Patrick, he was struck by the fact that they were able to answer his more technical questions about the science side of winemaking. Raymond now works on our Production Team and hosts our Cave Tastings. When you book a cave experience with Raymond, you are sure to get an educational look at winemaking that won’t be forgotten.
