SHIPPING

WINTER SHIPPING SCHEDULE: (Updated January 2024)

Orders shipping to CT, IL, MA, MI, MN, MT, ND, NH, WI, WY are currently on weather hold due to freezing temperatures. Any orders being sent to the above states will be held until the weather is better. We will reach out with an email when we resume shipping. If you are in a hurry to receive your wine, contact us and we can discuss expedited options.

Orders shipping to AK, AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, LA, NC, NM, NV, OR, TX, VA, WA will be sent immediately to our fulfillment center to be packed. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will go out same day. Orders placed after 12pm will go out the next business day. If you need to request a future ship date, please be sure to do so at checkout.

AUTHORIZED STATES:

For L'Aventure Wines, we currently ship to: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL,  IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.

For Champagne Thiénot, we currently ship to all states listed above, except LA & MI.

If we are unable to ship to you, we recommend shipping to a friend or wine storage facility in a nearby state.

ADULT SIGNATURE:

We highly recommend using a business address for shipping as someone over 21 years of age must be present to sign for the package. The carriers are not legally allowed to leave your wine on your doorstep without an adult signature.

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

FLAWED BOTTLES:

We ask that you check your shipment within 48 hours of receiving it to make sure there are no issues. Should anything be damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. If applicable, we will replace or refund any bottle that is damaged or flawed. We just ask that the customer returns the unfinished portion of the original bottle. By law we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed.

UNABLE TO DELIVER:

Orders that are shipped and either refused by the customer or unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or no adult present to sign for the package will be credited the cost of the product minus the shipping charge and a restocking fee of 25%.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

If you need to cancel an order that is already on route for delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the bottles minus the shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee.
