Enjoy sweeping views of our vineyard from our fully covered patio as you taste a curated selection of our core wines and exclusive club offerings, crafted by Winemaker Stephan Asseo.
Tastings are available by appointment only, allowing us to provide a personalized experience. Your dedicated Estate Educator will guide you through a flight of four distinctive wines, fostering a deeper connection with our estate.
$50 per person
$25 deposit per person is taken at the time of booking your reservation. One tasting is waived per 2-bottle purchase of red wine. The tasting fee is waived for active club members.
tCHAMPAGNE Flight Experience
Join us for a Champagne flight, starting with a guided tour through our caves and leading to a cozy table nestled within one of our cave alcoves. Your Estate Educator will guide you through a tasting of four distinct cuvées while sharing insights about the Thiénot family, their vineyards in Champagne, and their blending and production philosophy. Discover the story behind our partnership with the Thiénot family, and how it beautifully blends the traditions of France and Paso Robles.
Please note, this tasting may be hosted as a communal experience, and you may be tasting with other guests. Seating is limited in our caves and only guests who are tasting may join the group. This experience is currently available on Saturday and Sunday, for requests outside of these days, please contact our tasting room directly.

LIBRARY Flight Experience
The Library experience offers a one-on-one guided tasting of estate wines from both past and current vintages. Your dedicated Estate Educator will walk you through the nuances of vintage variation, wine aging, and our unique blending philosophy. Guests will enjoy this intimate experience in a private room within our newly expanded caves.
This tasting is updated monthly and available seven days a week. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for this exclusive experience.

DOGS
While we are pet-friendly, please note that dogs are not permitted in the caves. However, we are happy to accommodate you on our fully covered patio with sweeping views of the vineyard.
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for all reservation cancellations. If your reservation is cancelled within this window, your deposit will be fully refunded. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
