Tasting Room Manager

Originally from Fullerton, California, Danielle moved to the Central Coast with her husband, Joe. They were drawn by the promise of open green spaces and a slower pace of life, thanks in part to inspiration from her pet cow, Toula. With a background in hospitality and wine sustainability certification, Danielle brings a thoughtful and passionate approach to her role as Tasting Room Manager. She loves sharing L’Aventure wines with members, overseeing daily operations, and enjoying the beauty of the estate.

When she’s not at the winery, you can find her tending her hobby farm, cooking, visiting the dog beach, or cruising along Highway 101.
