Growing up on the Central Coast, Vance always knew wine was a part of the region’s identity, but it wasn’t until working in the restaurant industry that the depth and diversity of Paso Robles’ boutique wineries truly stood out. That experience sparked a deeper appreciation for wine and set the stage for a career immersed in the industry.

At L’Aventure, Vance enjoys guiding guests through one-on-one tastings, sharing the stories behind each bottle, and witnessing the excitement when someone discovers a standout wine. Passionate about continuous learning, he spends free time exploring local wineries and staying connected with the ever-evolving wine world. Being part of a community that values quality and creativity in winemaking is something Vance finds both inspiring and rewarding.

Fun Fact: Vance also works at S'Aranella, Les Petite Canailles sister restaurant.
