Nichole Hegge

Sales + Hospitality Manager

A native of the Central Coast, Nichole moved out of state in 2006 to begin a career in hospitality. Her journey included working for a mega-resort across several states and managing award-winning restaurants in Las Vegas. In 2019, ready for a change, she returned home for a visit and was introduced to Chloé. Whether it was fate or perfect timing, she soon joined the L’Aventure team in the Tasting Room.

Since 2019, Nichole’s role has evolved into Sales + Hospitality Manager. In this position, she channels her focus and passion into creating meaningful experiences and opportunities for our members and guests to enjoy our wines. From traveling across the U.S. to host Tasting Seminars and Wine Dinners to cultivating memorable moments at the estate, Nichole is dedicated to sharing the L’Aventure story. In her words, “L’Aventure provided me with the opportunity to share my talents and passion while still having time for my family. I couldn’t do that anywhere else.”
