Chloé Asseo-Fabre

General Manager

Chloé Asseo-Fabre is the General Manager at L’Aventure and oversees the operation of the winery. Daughter of Beatrice and Stepahn Asseo, owners of L’Aventure Winery, it is often said that Chloé was born in a barrel.

After earning a degree in Marketing and Visual Communications, Chloé returned to France to gain professional experience in the retail and fashion industry. After a few years abroad, her roots called to her, and she realized she wanted to join the family business and put her acquired marketing skills to good use.

Today, Chloé oversees the day-to-day operations of the winery, protects the brand, works to further develop DTC and hospitality efforts, and strengthens their small national and international distribution. In addition to all the hats she wears, she is also involved in the wine-blending decisions with her father, Patrick, and Dave.
