Nichole Hegge

Hospitality Manager


A native of the Central Coast, Nichole moved out of state in 2006 to begin a career in hospitality which included working for a mega-resort in several states, and managing award winning restaurants in Las Vegas. In 2019, she decided she wanted to use her background in business operations, and her passion for hospitality and wine (she has her level 3 certification from WSET and the Champagne Master Certification from the Wine Scholar Guild), to open her own wine bar.  However, while visiting her family on the Central Coast she was introduced to Chloé and whether it was fate or just perfect timing she joined our team in the fall of the same year as a Tasting Room Host, and quickly became our Tasting Room Manager.

Now, in her role as Hospitality Manager, she still oversees the daily operations of the tasting room, but you can also find her traveling throughout the U.S. bringing Tasting Seminars and Wine Dinners to our members and fans. No longer interested in opening a wine bar, she has decided to redirect her focus and passion to create more experiences and opportunities for our members and guests to enjoy our wines. In her own words, she says “L’Aventure provided me an opportunity to share my talents and passion, and still have time for my family. I couldn’t do that anywhere else."
